Terrible service and constant appointment rescheduling nightmare

Ever since their merger with Kingsway, their service has become utterly abysmal. I had a scheduled dressing change on Wednesday which was cancelled, which I reluctantly accepted. They rescheduled me for Thursday morning, but when I arrived at the car park, I received a call shifting the appointment to the afternoon. Do they not comprehend that people have work obligations and can't simply rearrange their entire day at a moment's notice? Then they tried to reschedule me for a week later, which is completely unacceptable. This is just one of numerous terrible experiences I've had with them - and I could go on about the others, but there are simply too many to list!
