Terrible service and customer disrespect at its worst

Do they actually care? Absolutely not. They're reluctant to engage and prefer avoiding direct communication, only offering callbacks at their convenience. You'd assume their purpose is customer service, but instead they act like doing their job is a massive inconvenience. They bombard you with messages about punctuality for appointments (which are hard to secure in the first place), yet consistently run behind schedule themselves. Now they're demanding you immediately answer their return calls through their new booking system. I recall the old days when trying to reach them by phone was an endless exercise in futility, and nothing has improved. This has become completely unacceptable. Farewell. Another healthcare organization demonstrating incompetent management.
