Terrible service and dangerous medical negligence

This establishment deserves to be closed down, with even local pharmacists cautioning their customers about its operations, which speaks volumes. If you submit a repeat prescription, ensure it's done 3 weeks prior to medication depletion, as that's the processing time to reach your pharmacist, and even then they'll likely bungle it somehow. Regarding the medical staff, they display complete indifference and dismissiveness. Despite suffering from chronic DVT and heart strain, I endured a 3-week wait for a new fit note. When I requested one, the practitioner merely glanced at my file, claimed nothing was wrong, questioned my inability to work, rejected a new referral, and contradicted the hematologist's assessment. She even attempted to cancel my lifelong blood thinner prescription, then criticized me for exceeding the ten-minute consultation limit - which she herself had prolonged by extensively questioning me about a fit note. My initial complaint was disregarded by the surgery, but after escalating to PALs, I discovered she wasn't even a qualified doctor, but a physician's associate - who legally cannot issue fit notes. Why was I even scheduled with her? This was undoubtedly the worst GP practice I've encountered, and I'm relieved to have switched. "Update as of September 2025" It has emerged they deliberately concealed certain medical information in my file, failing to inform me about blood test results during my tenure. Some of this information was even incorrect and required correction at my current surgery - a fact I only uncovered upon requesting my local medical records. This place desperately needs comprehensive reform.
