Terrible service and dismissive staff at local gp

Prior to the pandemic, my local general practice was excellent, but now every consultation is conducted over the phone with no in-person appointments available. The new reception staff are discourteous, curt, and unhelpful, consistently redirecting patients to pharmacies, the NHS 111 service, or alternative healthcare facilities. In my opinion, they are unfairly burdening other segments of the National Health Service, and I am thoroughly dismayed by the quality of care that Wesgate residents are experiencing.
