Terrible service and embarrassing receptionist nightmare

The service at RDP is utterly ridiculous. It is genuinely appalling. This is my second attempt at reviewing, as I'm only permitted to modify my previous submission. I cannot comprehend why this facility hasn't been placed under special supervision or even shut down completely!! Pete, the receptionist, enjoys masquerading as the practice manager when he clearly is not. He also takes pleasure in interrogating patients via phone about their personal financial situations and reasons for potentially lacking funds to acquire additional data for online access. Pete selectively determines "service outage" periods based on patient conversations and seems content to let patients suffer by denying them online service access. He is condescending and disrespectful and desperately requires retraining in customer service and patient interaction. Such conduct is absolutely unacceptable. AVOID BEING LIKE PETE The entire service is shamefully inadequate.
