Terrible service and endless covid-related communication failures

Absolutely terrible service. The reception team seems perpetually unavailable, with their answering machine constantly suggesting limited staffing that likely leads to repeated COVID infections. I spent an entire morning making over 100 futile phone calls, only to be ultimately instructed to either call back later or visit in person.
