Terrible service and endless frustration with practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for more than a year now. They constantly hassle patients about medication authorizations. Waiting times exceed a week. When my husband attempted to schedule a nurse appointment some time back, he was informed he could only book via telephone, which struck me as completely absurd. I'm thoroughly frustrated with these general practitioners - they're entirely ineffective.
