Terrible service and endless waiting for gp appointment

Completely Useless Service, I attempted to schedule a face-to-face appointment with my GP four days ago, and the receptionist claimed no slots were available, only offering a phone consultation for the next day. I'm still waiting after three days without receiving a call. This morning, I woke up early at 8 AM, knowing appointments fill up quickly. I started as caller number 13 in the queue and spent an excruciating 78 minutes crawling to caller number 8, only to be abruptly disconnected. The phone staff are incredibly unprofessional, displaying dishonesty and a complete lack of customer service. Moreover, the doctors are rarely present, meaning patients are more likely to be assessed by a pharmacist who simply reads treatment recommendations from the NHS website and Google, rather than providing personalized medical care.
