Terrible service and endless waiting for insurance cancellation

Heavens above, dealing with their insurance cancellation holiday form is a nightmare! I submitted mine with a £30 payment on January 24th and I'm still waiting in limbo. I've made countless calls to their customer service, and each time I'm just brushed aside with empty promises. It's incredibly exasperating because I can't recover my holiday expenses until they process my form - which seems like such a simple request.
