Terrible service and endless waiting times

Unable to keep my scheduled time slot. This marks the second instance in recent weeks where I've experienced an unacceptable delay exceeding an hour, with zero communication about the reason for the prolonged wait or when I might actually be seen. While I understand appointments can occasionally run behind, this situation is completely ridiculous. It's glaringly obvious they've overbooked their capacity relative to available staff. The administrative team should restructure their scheduling approach. The receptionists, who seem more engaged in idle conversation, could at least step out and provide patients with realistic wait time estimates instead of remaining hidden away. Patient care appears to be an afterthought here. This experience perfectly illustrates the systemic failures within the NHS - basic time management and customer service are clearly not being prioritized. The lack of respect for patients' time is frustrating and unprofessional.
