Terrible service and frustrating appointment system

The regulations are extremely frustrating. I'm genuinely anxious about securing an appointment lately. Whenever I try calling during morning or evening hours, they instruct me to call at 8 am, but for three consecutive days, I've dialed precisely at 8 o'clock and only encounter an endless queue recording before my call gets disconnected. With three children, it's impossible for me to walk to their center. So if you have a critical medical situation, your only option is to physically go and endure a grueling five-hour wait. It's absolutely deplorable.
