Terrible service and frustrating customer experience

Waited an excruciatingly long 25 minutes just to get through on the phone, only to be met with an incredibly unhelpful male receptionist. When I finally got a response, I was instructed to call back in a week or so because the nurses are on leave and September's schedule isn't even prepared. This medical practice has seriously deteriorated in quality and professionalism.
