Terrible service and frustrating customer experience nightmare

The most frustrating aspect is the terrible communication and customer support. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. Scheduling an appointment is practically unattainable - I called early in the morning and was left on hold for an astonishing 90 minutes before anyone even bothered to respond. The entire experience is absolutely dreadful.
