Terrible service and frustrating e consult experience

I've repeatedly tried to communicate with the receptionist about the e consult's ineffectiveness, especially considering I've been without WiFi or mobile data for months. Despite this, they still insist I complete the e consult. When I do manage to submit it, the response from a doctor takes over a week, and then they proceed to book an appointment without even checking if this method is suitable for me! I'm absolutely frustrated and believe this e consult and patient volume system needs to be completely overhauled because it's utterly unacceptable!
