Terrible service and frustrating medical practice experience

The front desk staff are incredibly dismissive, acting as if patients are an inconvenience when calling. Scheduling appointments is particularly challenging, especially for families with infants. Their customer service has consistently deteriorated over the past three years. Communication is abysmal - test results are rarely communicated proactively, forcing patients to repeatedly follow up, and reaching someone by phone is an exhausting, all-day ordeal. The sole redeeming aspect of this medical practice is Dr. Padiya, who is genuinely kind and supportive.
