Terrible service and frustratingly slow healthcare experience

Absolutely the most disappointing GPS service I've encountered - When scheduling appointments, their process is frustratingly vague - they claim they'll ask the 'appointment team' to contact you, but provide zero timeline - Incredibly, they openly state they won't send any appointment reminders, which is completely unacceptable - For a newborn's medical needs, they scheduled an appointment a full two weeks out - After conducting a blood test requiring urgent follow-up, they bizarrely scheduled the subsequent pharmacy consultation a staggering two months later
