Terrible service and impossible to book appointment

Unbelievable. Zero possibility of scheduling an appointment - I've been stuck on hold for two hours, trapped in a queue of 22 people, and still haven't reached anyone. This congestion happens constantly throughout the day. With the medical practice about to close in mere minutes, I'm certain I'll be disconnected. My recommendation is straightforward: seek out a different healthcare provider. That's exactly what I intend to do.
