Terrible service and impossible to book appointment

I've been attempting to schedule a consultation for three consecutive months, yet they consistently claim all time slots are occupied. I haven't managed to consult with a single general practitioner from this medical practice. Despite being instructed to call at 8 am to secure an appointment, I end up waiting in the phone queue for approximately an hour with no resolution, and even online booking yields no response. I must emphasize that their service is unacceptable and falls far below standard. I am definitively planning to transfer to an alternative medical surgery, as I urgently require a consultation with a GP.
