Terrible service and impossible to reach healthcare staff

What used to be a stellar healthcare facility has now become completely inaccessible. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and even when you do, seeing your doctor or having a meaningful consultation is out of the question. The automated system and reception staff have taken over, creating a frustrating and disheartening experience. I urgently needed a COVID vaccination, but despite having a compromised immune system, I couldn't schedule a jab that aligned with my work schedule. I never imagined I would feel such profound dissatisfaction with Hillview. It's high time they review their current practices and take immediate corrective action!!!!!
