Terrible service and impossible to reach medical practice

I've been a patient at this medical center for two decades but originally departed due to the receptionist team's poor demeanor. Against my better judgment, I re-enrolled about a year ago for proximity reasons. BIG ERROR. Despite having a roster of 9 physicians and a minimum of 3 front desk personnel, it still required 54 phone attempts and two hours of my time to connect this morning.
