Terrible service and impossible to reach medical staff

Attempting to contact this medical practice is an exercise in futility. Their phone queue system is laughably inadequate, with a mere 10 spots available, meaning you can waste nearly an hour trying to get through only to be told they're not accepting any more calls. I'm actively seeking to transfer my medical care elsewhere as soon as possible. What's particularly frustrating is that I'm hardly ever sick - in a decade, I've probably visited the surgery just a handful of times. The quality of service has drastically deteriorated since my childhood, and definitely not for the better. They desperately need to either hire more staff - receptionists and doctors alike - or invest in a telephone system capable of handling 100 callers instead of this pathetic 10-person limit. Such an upgrade would prevent the morning rush of people desperately trying to make contact.
