Terrible service and lack of compassion at clinic

The receptionist displayed a complete lack of compassion. Despite being booked for my cervical screening and experiencing train delays beyond my control, she coldly stated it wasn't her problem and refused to accommodate me seeing the nurse. Her attitude was particularly harsh considering I was there with a 5-month-old infant. Such behavior shows a total absence of human understanding and basic empathy.
