Terrible service and long wait at clinic

Waited three weeks just to get a blood test. The front desk personnel were completely unhelpful, with zero communication skills. No one at reception could provide clear directions about where I needed to go. When they finally started, they were already 10 minutes behind schedule and seemed more interested in socializing and serving each other tea than assisting patients. This facility is entirely inadequate and fails to meet basic healthcare service standards.
