Terrible service and long wait times

After being a long-time customer, I found myself enduring a 90-minute phone queue, only to be met with an extremely dismissive and curt receptionist. I was told to call back tomorrow, which was completely unhelpful. Unlike the typically supportive staff I'm accustomed to speaking with, this particular representative clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism.
