Terrible service and miscommunication at every step

The front desk personnel completely disregard patient input and schedule appointments at their own discretion. An utter exercise in futility. When you finally get to see the clinician, you're forced to rehash your entire medical history because they haven't taken the time to review previous visit documentation and are completely oblivious to your ongoing situation. Their standard response is a dismissive "we can only apologise". Absolute nonsense.
