Terrible service and misdiagnosis at this medical practice

Not only did I receive an incorrect diagnosis last month, but I also wasted an entire hour waiting at this medical practice! The receptionist assured me yesterday that I had a 10:30am appointment today. Consequently, I waited an hour to see the nurse, who then claimed she had absolutely no idea why I was there. The nurse explained that she was completely unaware of why the receptionist had told me I had an appointment with her, as she had not scheduled one. Today, I was informed they cannot provide compression stockings because they lack a small enough size, despite measuring my legs four weeks ago. I was frustrated with the receptionist, though I recognized it wasn't the nurse's fault. Last month, a doctor also misdiagnosed me. When I suggested I might have Vitiligo, she incorrectly stated I was the wrong skin color to be diagnosed with the condition and that I'd need to be black. I sought a second opinion and discovered I was correct! I indeed have Vitiligo, a condition where melanin is lacking, causing skin color changes. Anyone, regardless of skin color, can develop Vitiligo! Last year, a male doctor dismissed my concerns when my neck and face swelled dramatically after wisdom teeth extraction. I complained about breathing difficulties and requested help. He advised me to consult my dentist, who immediately referred me to A&E, stating he'd never seen such severe facial swelling. At the hospital, my heart rate exceeded 100! Furthermore, the doctors missed that my partner's grandmother had sepsis last year, despite her being extremely ill with infections, ultimately leading to her tragic hospital death. These medical professionals desperately need improved patient and staff communication. If they're uncertain about a medical condition, they should avoid providing incorrect diagnoses or overlooking potentially dangerous health issues!
