Terrible service and no communication from gp surgery

I have encountered numerous frustrating situations, but my most recent experience is particularly noteworthy: The referral process is managed by someone in the administrative team. My general practitioner submitted my referral on August 15th, yet I received no notification confirming its submission. I initially allowed some time for the process to unfold. After several days, I contacted the GP and was informed that Rosie would reach out to me that week. Eventually, I discovered through my evergreen app that the referral was processed after 11 days. The waiting period for an appointment is already challenging, but the GP surgery's prolonged delay in sending out the referral is unacceptable. Furthermore, I never received a follow-up call from Rosie. Additionally, their approach to handling complaints appears dismissive. I have personally sent emails to John Smith regarding specific incidents but have not received any official response. I urge you to improve your services, as many patients depend on your care.
