Terrible service and no help for patients

I am completely frustrated with this medical practice. Despite my best efforts to remain patient and understanding, the unfair treatment is overwhelming. I've attempted to secure an appointment, arriving as early as 7:30 am after a 25-minute commute, yet I'm still unable to book a slot despite waiting in line. As a working professional, I'm appalled by the staff's attitude, consistently displaying laziness and rudeness, then criticizing patients' reactions. I've repeatedly called at 8 am as instructed, only to encounter perpetually busy phone lines that remain unavailable for those desperately seeking medical attention. I've even visited out-of-hours services and 111 on multiple occasions, but I require a face-to-face GP referral, which they consistently fail to provide with their extremely limited appointment availability. Other healthcare providers redirect me back to this practice, but my current GP seems entirely unresponsive to my needs. I'm now forced to change practices - something I would never typically consider. I absolutely cannot recommend this surgery, having genuinely attempted to be understanding and patient. We're discussing people's health and wellbeing, and this consistent neglect is completely unacceptable. My family members have experienced similar struggles, and during my visits, the waiting area is often nearly empty with inexplicably long wait times. Grove Surgery, I implore you to consider patients' needs, expand your appointment schedules, and show compassion for those in serious medical conditions. No one would want to experience such treatment themselves or see their loved ones subjected to it.
