Terrible service and parking nightmare at medical centre

Additionally, I feel compelled to describe a deeply unprofessional interaction with a receptionist at your medical centre. During my attempt to discuss the parking concerns, I encountered an employee who adamantly refused to provide her name. Despite my efforts to maintain a constructive dialogue, she repeatedly insisted that she was not obligated to identify herself and communicated in an aggressive and dismissive manner. This interaction was extremely unpleasant and further intensified my negative perception of the centre's professional standards. As an external party not affiliated with your practice, I was genuinely shocked by the apparent lack of respect demonstrated by both staff and patients. The overall conduct was thoroughly disappointing and undermined any sense of community goodwill.
