Terrible service and pointless front desk staff

The front desk staff is completely unhelpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. When I arrived in person, they insisted I return home and book via phone, which is utterly ridiculous. Moreover, we're now required to use a digital check-in pad, making me question the purpose of having receptionists at all if they're unable to perform basic tasks.
