Terrible service and prescription mismanagement nightmare

I wouldn't even rate this experience with a single star. I submitted my prescription, test strips, and needles to their service. Initially, they failed to forward my prescription to the pharmacy, forcing me to reach out. They claimed I had received a prescription just two weeks prior. I explained that I need to test four times daily and therefore require more strips and needles. They eventually agreed to send the prescription. After waiting another three days, I visited the pharmacy, only to discover that no needles were included in my prescription. Seriously? Now I'm unable to perform my necessary tests. This is absolutely the most incompetent customer service team in the entire healthcare provider network!
