I strongly believe this medical practice requires immediate investigation. It's nearly impossible to secure an appointment, yet health screenings seem effortlessly scheduled. The surgery waiting area consistently appears deserted. There appears to be a discriminatory attitude favoring Asian patients while being less welcoming to white individuals. The telephone staff demonstrate rudeness, lack of helpfulness, and a condescending demeanor, which likely contributes to increasing patient frustration. Considering these calls often come from individuals experiencing physical discomfort, a more compassionate and empathetic approach could potentially reduce hostile interactions. I am actively seeking alternative medical providers and will transfer my care as soon as possible.
