Terrible service and rude receptionist at medical practice

My young child was severely unwell with a high temperature and fever for several days. I attempted to manage it using Calpol and Nurofen, but his temperature remained extremely elevated (39/40). I contacted the surgery, and no appointments were available on Monday. Zahra called stating no appointment was possible and suggested trying again the next day. However, my son's health worsened, and I went to A and E after calling 111 at 7:30pm. After spending 5 hours there, the A and E Doctors prescribed Penicillin. When administered at midnight, my son had a severe reaction, experiencing hallucinations and inability to sleep. The following day, I requested a medicine change at the GP and awaited a callback. Dr Alam promptly addressed the issue and arranged for the medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. However, the receptionist Zahra called back and was extremely hostile and unprofessional, expressing frustration about my repeated calls regarding my toddler's medical condition. While I understand you are busy with numerous patients, it is your professional responsibility to remain calm and compassionate when communicating with patients. Instead, you were condescending during a challenging time when I had just spent the night at A and E with my sick child. This role is unsuitable for you, Zahra, if you feel compelled to belittle patients and parents seeking medical assistance. Your behaviour is embarrassing for both yourself and the Conway Medical team. Dr Alam had previously spoken with me, and everything was resolved, yet you remained agitated about my persistent communication. It's disappointing that while Dr Alam and Dr Charles are helpful and composed, their receptionists are rude and patronizing. It's evident that many patients are experiencing similar issues with the reception staff here.
