Terrible service and rude staff at local clinic

I endured a frustrating experience at the hospital's emergency department, where they advised me to consult my primary care physician. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment, I was left on hold for more than half an hour, only to be instructed to call back the next day. After another 25-minute wait, I was met with an abrupt and dismissive receptionist who casually informed me that the earliest available appointment was a week away, almost as an afterthought. I'm thoroughly disappointed with their lack of professional communication skills. Surely, medical staff should undergo training on how to interact with patients compassionately, especially considering that individuals seeking a doctor's appointment are likely experiencing health concerns.
