Terrible service and rude staff at medical practice

The reception is absolutely dreadful, and today marks my breaking point with this practice. The phone staff are condescending and unhelpful. I acknowledge missing a telephone appointment was my error, but they provided zero notification about its timing. While there was a date mentioned for their call, I didn't anticipate it would happen within an hour of submitting my e-consultation. When I attempted to reschedule, the receptionist casually mentioned they typically send a text alerting patients about imminent calls. Seeking an emergency appointment due to worsening symptoms, despite having a scheduled consultation later in the week, I encountered another dismissive staff member. She repeatedly emphasized my missed appointment, insisting they don't send reminder texts and that I should have been prepared for an unexpected call. Her confrontational attitude was particularly distressing when I'm already feeling unwell and emotionally vulnerable. This medical practice desperately needs to overhaul their telephone consultation procedure. The complete lack of clear communication and scheduling specifics is unacceptable, and while I now understand their process, the entire experience has been fundamentally unfair and unprofessional.
