Terrible service and rude staff at woodlands

Utterly appalling service. I've been registered with this practice for two years, and suddenly I'm told I'm out of the catchment area and must leave. The reception staff were incredibly discourteous, instructing me to find another practice. I informed them via the NHS website that I could remain registered with limited home visits. They repeatedly promised since September to provide clarity, but I heard nothing and assumed everything was fine. This morning, I received a call from a middle-aged receptionist who desperately needs etiquette training! She demanded I find a new practice immediately. After calling local surgeries and finding them all full, I contacted Woodlands again, explaining my situation and requesting to stay until February when I'm due to give birth and still seeing my midwife there. She was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and suggesting local practices I'd already confirmed were full. She then put me on hold mid-conversation and abruptly hung up. When trying to register elsewhere, I discovered my NHS records have been deleted, preventing access to my medical history. I now have an upcoming prescription and no midwife. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this practice. I wish I could rate them zero stars, but the system doesn't allow it.
