Terrible service and terrible communication at clinic

I had an absolutely terrible experience. I was scheduled for a blood test on 23.07 at 2:30 pm, but upon arrival, no one was aware of my appointment. At the downstairs reception, they claimed ignorance about my booking and directed me to the second floor, where the same confusion persisted. How can this be possible? I originally booked this appointment at the front desk, but the receptionist was completely incompetent. She clearly failed to properly book my appointment. I wasted my entire time and endured significant stress. This isn't even the first occurrence of such a situation. Two weeks ago, a similar incident happened when Policlinik called to cancel my blood test appointment. It seems virtually impossible to successfully schedule with these doctors. I'm consistently left feeling stressed and frustrated. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and I now need to investigate why she didn't properly book my appointment, despite writing the date and time on the blood test form. Unacceptable. Thanks.
