Terrible service and unacceptable patient treatment

I am experiencing significant frustration with this medical practice recently. My blood test appointments have been twice cancelled via text message with just a few hours' notice, citing staff shortages. Eventually, the test was completed on the third attempt. When attempting to schedule a blood test for my 7-year-old son, we were given an appointment nearly a month after my initial request. Upon arriving just 2 minutes late on the day of the appointment, the receptionists immediately refused us entry, claiming the nurse was too busy. When I requested they consult the nurse, the receptionist flatly stated she already knew the nurse's response would be a rejection. Despite being registered with this surgery for over a decade, I have never been seen at the scheduled time. The practice consistently runs 10-30 minutes behind schedule, expecting patients to wait indefinitely. This seems fundamentally unfair - the surgery demands patient patience when they are delayed, but shows zero flexibility when patients arrive slightly late. I cannot comprehend their logic. If I arrive two minutes late with a child, presumably another patient's time slot has been used. Why can't I simply occupy that slot? From my allocated 10-minute appointment, I still had 8 minutes remaining, and I'm well aware that blood tests typically take only 5 minutes.
