I recently encountered a deeply unsatisfactory experience at this medical practice that left me thoroughly disheartened. From my initial arrival, navigating the reception area proved to be an extraordinarily challenging task. The receptionists seemed to operate with an air of superiority, creating an immediately unwelcoming environment. Securing an appointment with a doctor was an arduous process, and even when successfully scheduled, the consultation often fell short of expectations. Despite providing comprehensive details about my mother's medical conditions, the physicians appeared disappointingly indifferent, showing minimal inclination to conduct a comprehensive examination. I frequently found myself compelled to advocate for more thorough attention, a burden that should never fall on a patient. The reception staff further exacerbated my frustration. They seemed more preoccupied with deflecting concerns than addressing them transparently. Multiple encounters revealed instances of misinformation, which only intensified my perception of systemic neglect. What was particularly distressing was the apparent disregard for elderly patients who inherently require more compassionate and attentive care. It was deeply disheartening to witness vulnerable individuals being systematically overlooked and denied the support they fundamentally deserve. Ultimately, this medical practice has substantial room for improvement. The evident lack of empathy and professional diligence among staff is profoundly troubling, particularly in a healthcare setting. I sincerely hope they undertake significant reforms that prioritize genuine patient care, especially for those most vulnerable and in need.
