Terrible service and uncaring medical staff nightmare

The surgical experience was utterly deplorable. I'm at a loss for words to express my frustration. The phone wait time is excruciating, ranging from 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even picks up. When you finally reach someone, the receptionist - who could rival a pitbull in demeanor - manages to simultaneously sound bored, arrogant, and completely indifferent. She makes you feel like an unwelcome intrusion, ultimately dismissing you with suggestions to wait for a nurse's call tomorrow, visit the local pharmacy, or go to the Haywood walk-in clinic. I can't help but wonder: if dealing with patients is such an inconvenience, why on earth did this person choose a medical career? I'm definitively switching healthcare providers!!
