Terrible service and uncaring staff at gardenia
Gardenia medical practice in Luton is absolutely dreadful, with a receptionist who desperately needs psychological help and is clearly unsuited to customer service roles. They display zero compassion or empathy and are consistently rude and unhelpful. The doctors, particularly Dr. Sadiq, are equally incompetent and seem to have chosen the wrong profession entirely. He fails to provide basic professional courtesy, avoiding eye contact and barely acknowledging patients. Getting an appointment is challenging, and when you do, he limits consultations to just two issues and manages to handle even those inadequately. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not made to feel like an inconvenience. While I was able to switch healthcare providers, many vulnerable individuals, especially the elderly, feel trapped. They are reluctant to change surgeries, fearing a loss of medical history continuity or believing alternative practices might be equally poor. As a result, they endure substandard treatment from callous receptionists and indifferent doctors who seem to have forgotten the fundamental principles of healthcare and human compassion.
