Terrible service and unhelpful clinic staff

On January 8th, I contacted the clinic to schedule a GP consultation. I explained that Mondays work best for me due to being off work, avoiding rush hour and potential delays on the M60. The receptionist noted this and booked me for January 22nd, which I accepted. However, at 10am on the appointment day, I was informed the appointment needed rescheduling because the nurse was absent. Puzzled, I questioned why I was assigned a nurse appointment when I specifically requested a GP. The staff member's response was a vague "I don't know." She then suggested rearranging for 7pm on Tuesday, which I declined as I work until 6:30pm. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Honestly, even a single star rating feels overly generous for such poor service.
