Terrible service and unhelpful clinic staff

I've been a patient at this surgery for years without any previous issues. Recently, my wife discovered an old letter from an eye specialist discussing her cataract and recommended waiting period before surgery. We patiently waited for a GP consultation appointment, but nothing materialized. When we visited the clinic earlier this week (around 25/3 or 26/3), they claimed no knowledge of the original letter. We were instructed to return on Friday to schedule a special GP appointment. On 29/3/2019 at 11:45, we met with a young receptionist who, without even checking her system, abruptly stated no appointments were available and we must call back at specific times to book. Her demeanor was completely indifferent, seemingly wanting to dismiss us as quickly as possible. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Such an individual is clearly unsuited to a customer-facing role and lacks the basic interpersonal skills required. The clinic must ensure their staff treat patients with dignity and respect, and hire personnel who genuinely care about patient experience.
