Terrible service and unhelpful front desk staff

The front desk staff at this facility are completely ineffective. Whenever you need assistance or have inquiries, they offer zero help and consistently display a dismissive attitude. They seem entirely disengaged and appear to be just going through the motions of their job. The clinic would benefit greatly from hiring personnel who actually demonstrate compassion towards patients. While the medical professionals—nurses and doctors—are competent, they are overwhelmed with patient loads and rarely accessible. Scheduling an in-person consultation requires an excessively long wait, often stretching to several weeks.
