Terrible service and unhelpful healthcare communication

The reception service is a complete letdown, despite their claims of politeness and customer care! After being left on hold for an excessive 30 minutes, despite being first in line, the staff's attitude is anything but friendly and helpful. They consistently push patients towards an online consultation, which is completely unsuitable for my elderly father. Even when we attempted this digital process on his behalf, the result is always a frustrating waiting period, regardless of the patient's level of discomfort or urgency!! Is it any wonder that emergency departments are overwhelmed when primary care is this ineffective?
