Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

Getting an appointment has been a nightmare for the past three weeks. Every time I call, the receptionist asks whether it's a routine or emergency visit. When I mention it's an emergency, she coldly responds that they've reached maximum capacity and suggests I call 111. It's incredibly frustrating to consistently receive this dismissive treatment. The staff's attitude is unacceptably rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience extremely disheartening.
