Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

I strongly recommend steering clear of this medical practice. Attempting to contact them via phone has repeatedly resulted in wait times exceeding thirty minutes, and the staff answering calls consistently display an unhelpful and discourteous attitude. We've even experienced being abruptly disconnected while seeking urgent medical attention for our infant! My husband, who has type 1 diabetes, encounters substantial challenges when trying to obtain essential insulin and continuous glucose monitoring prescriptions. While the in-person staff are undeniably pleasant and competent, the process of scheduling an appointment or simply establishing phone communication is incredibly frustrating. The overall experience is simply not worth the stress and inconvenience.
