Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

I called three weeks back to schedule an appointment and was informed there are no available slots until September. A three-month wait to consult a physician is completely unacceptable, especially considering the number of doctors they have on staff. I was forced to use this practice because I relocated from a previous surgery with just one doctor where you could get an appointment within days. During my most recent visit, the doctor actually looked up my symptoms online, which was quite amusing. The reception staff are consistently unhelpful and impolite, and they provide no meaningful alternatives or support when you express concerns about such a lengthy waiting period, particularly when you're experiencing ongoing pain.
