Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

The quality of this practice has deteriorated significantly since my childhood. The front desk personnel act like hostile gatekeepers, eager to end phone conversations without adequately addressing patient concerns. I'm perplexed by your "good" CQC rating, as it seems undeserved. In my opinion, substantial improvements are urgently needed.
