Poor

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff

I have two primary issues with this medical practice. First, the reception staff are brusque and unwelcoming, and second, scheduling an appointment is incredibly challenging. Typically, the earliest available slot is three weeks out, which I find completely unacceptable. While they offer a walk-in service, it's overwhelmingly crowded, and patients can waste an entire morning just waiting to be seen. Additionally, I've encountered problems with certain physicians - specifically one doctor - who clearly lacks fundamental medical competence and professional interpersonal skills. I've unfortunately been treated by her twice - once when my eldest was 3, and I was told abruptly to dress her outside after the consultation. Another time, she misdiagnosed my symptoms, forcing me to consult another doctor weeks later. Her demeanor is nothing short of rude and arrogant, and I now actively try to avoid her. UPDATE: My initial critique from five years ago remains unchanged. When attempting to call, the phone is perpetually engaged. Multiple attempts result in endless ringing with no response. After 15 minutes of waiting, I give up, only to repeat the frustrating process. The surgery appears fully staffed, with employees staring at computer screens, yet somehow unable or unwilling to answer the phone. What alternatives do patients have? Consulting a pharmacist or visiting A&E? Is this truly the state of our healthcare system?
